Baby & Postnatal Yoga with Little Legs With Emma is a calm, welcoming class for you and your baby, suitable from around 6 weeks until they are crawling off. It’s all about giving you time to gently move your body again while spending quality time together.
We’ll guide you through simple, postnatal-friendly movements to help build your strength back up, ease aches and tension, and support areas like your core, pelvic floor, back, and shoulders.
Your baby is part of the class too, with massage, yoga and sensory play woven in to keep things fun and engaging.
It’s not just about exercise—it’s a chance to slow down, meet other mums, and enjoy some special bonding time with your baby in a relaxed, no-pressure space. There’s always time to stop for feeds, changes, or cuddles whenever you need.
You don’t need any yoga experience, and everything can be adapted.
The class lasts 45 minutes, followed by time to have a chat and enjoy a hot drink included in the price
